  • Despite being a leading digital marketing agency specializing in scaling small businesses, Digiboost faced a major challenge due to their rapid growth. The increasing number of clients meant they needed more PPC specialists, a resource they were currently lacking.  To overcome this hurdle, they sought collaboration with other leading digital marketing agencies that are Certified Google Partners and provide white-label services.
  • Search Partners setting was turned on across client’s campaigns. 
  • No Negative Keywords added on  the client’s campaigns leading to a lot of wasted clicks and money.
  • There was a problem with the client’s conversion tracking, which led to inaccurate data and poor campaign performance. 
  • Account structure was not well-organized. 
  • There were no Performance Max Shopping Campaigns set up for the client’s products.

  • We disabled Search Partners and Display Expansion settings so we can allocate budget to channels. 
  • Uploaded and applied generic negative keyword lists to campaigns.
  • Conversion tracking was fixed and were focused on product purchases and calls from website.
  • We performed an account re-build to organize the campaigns and ad groups better, adding new keywords.
